Kuumba Community Health and Wellness Center, Inc. d/b/a New Horizons Healthcare is a year-round, full-time Administrative/Service Delivery Site that provides permanent services in Roanoke, VA with a service delivery area of Roanoke City. Kuumba Community Health and Wellness Center, Inc. d/b/a New Horizons Healthcare is a Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) funded health center offering comprehensive primary health care services to medically underserved communities and vulnerable populations.
