Mission Community Health Center is a year-round, full-time service delivery site that provides permanent services in Mission, SD with a service delivery area of Todd County. Mission Community Health Center is a Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) funded health center offering comprehensive primary health care services to medically underserved communities and vulnerable populations.
