Detroit Shoreway Community Health Center is a year-round, full-time service delivery site that provides permanent services in Cleveland, OH with a service delivery area of Cuyahoga County. Detroit Shoreway Community Health Center is a Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) funded health center offering comprehensive primary health care services to medically underserved communities and vulnerable populations.
