FUQUAY-VARINA is a year-round, full-time service delivery site that provides permanent services in Fuquay Varina, NC with a service delivery area of Wake County. FUQUAY-VARINA is a Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) funded health center offering comprehensive primary health care services to medically underserved communities and vulnerable populations.
