Rio Arriba Health Commons is a year-round, full-time service delivery site that provides permanent services in Espanola, NM with a service delivery area of Rio Arriba County. Rio Arriba Health Commons is a Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) funded health center offering comprehensive primary health care services to medically underserved communities and vulnerable populations.
