First Choice Health Centers is a year-round, full-time service delivery site that provides permanent services in East Hartford, CT with a service delivery area of Hartford County. First Choice Health Centers is a Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) funded health center offering comprehensive primary health care services to medically underserved communities and vulnerable populations.
