BO ZT OW ZHO Eagle Health Clinic is a year-round, full-time service delivery site that provides permanent services in Eagle, AK with a service delivery area of Southeast Fairbanks Census Area. BO ZT OW ZHO Eagle Health Clinic is a Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) funded health center offering comprehensive primary health care services to medically underserved communities and vulnerable populations.
